To improve machine reliability through implementation TPM and preventive maintenance strategy in complying to GMP and AZ?Requirement?, manage machine spare parts to constantly reduce cost in maintenance area .to be as a trainer of production operators and Maintenance technician . be responsible for?some other tasks related to company SHE and Lean production .?在遵守GMP和AZ公司內(nèi)部要求的前提下 ，通過執(zhí)行TPM和預(yù)防性的設(shè)備維護(hù)策略持續(xù)地提高設(shè)備的可靠性，管理負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的設(shè)備備件，并不斷的降低設(shè)備維護(hù)成本，作為設(shè)備操作員工和維護(hù)技術(shù)員的培訓(xùn)師，參與到公司SHE和精益化生產(chǎn)的改進(jìn)活動中。主要職責(zé) Typical AccountabilitiesImprove machine reliability and efficiency提高設(shè)備的可靠性和運(yùn)行效率?Design and carry out??preventive maintenance and TPM?activities,?no equipment problems caused by bad maintenance activities and people careless.設(shè)計并執(zhí)行設(shè)備預(yù)防性保養(yǎng)和全員維護(hù)活動,不出現(xiàn)由于設(shè)備保養(yǎng)或人員的粗心大意而導(dǎo)致的設(shè)備故障問題。?Implement and maintain maintenance strategy??執(zhí)行和維護(hù)維修策略?Quick response to the production line problems ,list and investigate and solve equipment outstanding issues.to avoid repeatable issues happened?對生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)備問題進(jìn)行快速解決，總結(jié)，研究并解決影響設(shè)備效率的突出問題,杜絕設(shè)備相同問題的重復(fù)出現(xiàn)?Do some?modifications on machine function to increase machine reliability and efficiency?針對設(shè)備的一些缺陷環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行設(shè)計改進(jìn)，以期提高設(shè)備的可靠性和效率Customer Focus 客戶關(guān)注度?Quality deviation related to maintenance actives?由于設(shè)備維修保養(yǎng)和設(shè)備維護(hù)人員的行為導(dǎo)致的質(zhì)量偏差?responsible Production satisfactory in daily work?-在日常工作中確保生產(chǎn)對維修工作的滿意Cost effective and safe provision of maintenance services.維護(hù)活動成本降低，維護(hù)維修活動所需備件及其他附件的準(zhǔn)備?Management of all external resources and service contractor.管理，維護(hù)，溝通外部設(shè)備維護(hù)維修服務(wù)的資源?Very well managed and plan yearly spare parts in their respective field很好的計劃和管理負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域每年設(shè)備備件?According budget to localization parts purchasing monthly根據(jù)部門預(yù)算，計劃每月國產(chǎn)化備品備件和附件購買Generation and maintenance of systems, docs, SOPs required for maintenance.編寫，維護(hù)更新維修系統(tǒng)的SOP，培訓(xùn)文件的書面文件工作?Establish and maintenance of maintenance SOP and record sheets?建立維護(hù)維修系統(tǒng)的SOP和維修記錄?Preventive Maintenance record sheet correctly filling in time and archived .預(yù)防性維護(hù)記錄的準(zhǔn)確及時的填寫歸檔?Create?training material for training maintenance people and production people?起草維護(hù)和生產(chǎn)人員培訓(xùn)的文件?Training operators to run and adjust?machine?in correct way?培訓(xùn)操作人員正確的調(diào)整和運(yùn)行機(jī)器?Train maintenance people to fix and adjustment machine in efficiency way?培訓(xùn)維護(hù)人員高效的調(diào)整設(shè)備和維修設(shè)備GMP/合規(guī)/SHE相關(guān)責(zé)任 Responsibility for GMP/Compliance/SHE在進(jìn)行一切與業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)活動時都嚴(yán)格遵守公司 GMP、SHE、合規(guī)及其與職位和職責(zé)相關(guān)的支持性政策與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Conduct all business activities in compliance with the GMP /SHE/Compliance supporting Policies and Standards related to position and responsibilities工作要求Job RequirementBachelor or college degree, major in Mechatronic or automation engineering?機(jī)電或自動化專業(yè)本科或?qū)？茖W(xué)歷?Pharma. Or Mechatronic?Industry maintenance?knowledge and technical solutions.???醫(yī)藥行業(yè)或機(jī)電設(shè)備維護(hù)知識和技術(shù)方案.?Maintenance on motion control, mechanical and pneumatics system and components.運(yùn)動控制, 機(jī)械和氣動的系統(tǒng)和組件的維護(hù).?TPM implementations knowledge?執(zhí)行全員設(shè)備維護(hù)的技能?Mechanism adjustment and assembly skills機(jī)械機(jī)構(gòu)調(diào)整和組裝技能?Machine problem solving skills?解決設(shè)備問題的能力3-4 Years of working experience technical related,?3-4年技術(shù)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷Reading English technical documents very well?能夠看懂英語技術(shù)資料Good MS office skill熟練應(yīng)用微軟常用辦公軟件AutoCAD and Siemens touch panel , S7-300 PLC and IPC?software maintenance skills are prefer具備CAD 軟件使用和西門子觸摸屏,S7-300 PLC 和工業(yè)控制計算機(jī)軟件維護(hù)的技能Personal character???個人特性?Be honesty to communicate with each other in team .與團(tuán)隊成員真誠交流.?Be responsibility under high work pressure?在高強(qiáng)度工作壓力下具有很強(qiáng)的責(zé)任感?High team work spirit and be willing to train and develop team member skills?團(tuán)隊工作精神，樂于培訓(xùn)和發(fā)展團(tuán)隊成員的技能
