作為最終用戶參與和支持青島工廠的項目建設:Support Project team to deliver Qingdao pMDI Project as end user: * Design document awareness, installation & commissioning and qualification activities during project period, on job operation and maintenance training. * Being familiar with utility system through * Fully involved in different project phase and have valuable input as end user. * Learn and apply best practice from other sites and other experiences to Qingdao project. * End to end mindset to be involved in project and ensure standardization and continuous improvement to BAU vertical startup through expertise, lean and experience gained from project phase.公用工程系統(tǒng)及設施系統(tǒng)運行管理 Facility system operation management : * Operation of public engineering systems and facilities systems * Responsible for fire protection systems, lighting systems, building plants and related facilities, water supply and drainage, roads, walls, security systems, parking lots, canteens and equipment, non-production area cleaning, insect control and other public facilities in the factory, to ensure the stable operation of the above systems to support production activities. * Lead sustainable development, optimize the operation strategy of public engineering systems, improve energy and water utilization, save energy and reduce consumption, in order to support the sustainable development strategy of the industrial company.Facilitate the service process促進服務流程 * Take in charge of the business requirement of customer by hotline and other channel. * 接管需求：通過熱線及其他渠道接管客戶的業(yè)務需求 * Coordinate internal team and customer to come out an agreed service proposal * 商定方案：協(xié)同內(nèi)部團隊和客戶達成一致的服務方案 * Coordinate internal team and customer to work together and perform the onsite service * 協(xié)同現(xiàn)場：協(xié)同內(nèi)部團隊和客戶完成現(xiàn)場工作 * Collect the customer satisfaction rate and feedback to internal process. Formal close the service * 交付回饋：收集客戶滿意率和反饋用于內(nèi)部服務流程控制，關閉服務請求Data Analysis and report數(shù)據(jù)分析及報告: * 每月提供客戶服務及預防性維護的相關數(shù)據(jù)分析和報告 * Provide advice for Engineering further improve of service level and service process. According to the trend to Engineering LT each half year * 根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)趨勢每半年度向工程部管理層提供合理的建議從而提升工程部的服務標準和服務流程 * Present the service result to customer or SLTAlign with the AZCOC/SHE/GMP/Compliance related policy, standards and procedures確保符合公司行為準則/SHE/GMP/合規(guī)等相關政策、標準與流程 * Complete all required training on AZCOC/SHE/GMP/Compliance policies and standards within prescribed timeframes. * 在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)完成公司行為準則、SHE、GMP、合規(guī)相關的政策及標準所要求的培訓 * Strictly conduct all business activities in compliance with the AZCOC/SHE/GMP/Compliance related policies and standards. * 在進行一切與業(yè)務活動時都嚴格遵守公司行為準則、SHE、GMP、合規(guī)相關的政策及標準。 * Comply with the requirements in the letter of commitment on SHE * 遵守SHE承諾書上的要求
