1. Responsible for the production equipment systems design,
 specification, programming, simulation and testing, and startup assistance as well as providing detailed documentation
 upon project completion, ensuring all design practices,
 installation methods, testing and commissioning are running
 smoothly
 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)格、編程、模擬和測試，協(xié)助啟
 動(dòng)，并在項(xiàng)目完成時(shí)提供詳細(xì)的檔案資料。確保所有的設(shè)計(jì)工
 作、安裝方案、測試和投入生產(chǎn)進(jìn)程的順利開展。
 2. Manage the equipment cost of project budget; ensure that
 there is not any over budget.
 控制項(xiàng)目設(shè)備預(yù)算，確保項(xiàng)目無超預(yù)算開支。

3. Strengthen current Project Management practices.
 加強(qiáng)目前的項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)踐
 4. Document development work including writing protocols for
 manufacturing or scientific test results.
 文件建設(shè)工作包括編寫制造驗(yàn)證或科學(xué)性的測試結(jié)果
 5. Compliance with SOP, GMP, ISO14001 and OHSAS18000.
 遵從 SOP,GMP, ISO14001 和 OHSAS18000.
 6. Total Employee Involvement with responsibility per EHS
 requirement. Ensure EHS/Quality impacts to be minimal
 during progress.

 1. Good PM skill. Good at English.
 具備良好的項(xiàng)目管理技巧, 良好的英語水平。
 2. Good knowledge in project management and engineering.
 Ability to learn and apply the new tools such as IE, FMEA etc.
 能學(xué)習(xí)并應(yīng)用新的分析工具如工業(yè)工程、FMEA 等，具備良好
 項(xiàng)目及工程等知識。
 3. Independent judgment in the evaluation, selection and
 adaptation of various engineering techniques is required.
