Job Overview and Scope

    

The Regional trade marketing  assistant - for  a specific regional TM operation and project team support role is, supports Regional  Trade Marketing Associated Director on national project operation and regional  project implementation supporting role. Specific project support for reginal  local CS project/regional ET purchase project/regional local merchandising  project and key regional initiatives activity  

    

    

    

    

Key Responsibilities / Core  Responsibilities

    

1.    National TM project supporting :

    

    

？    Support Trade Marketing Associated Director  on national key project sales performance data readiness from internal sales  information system.

    

？    Support to collect national project  progress feedback and generating report for National project e.g SSY/CS event/  regional local ET purchase/regional merchandising vendor management   

    

？    Support STMM to collect project progress  update by consolidation execution status from field team.  

    

？    Support to  conduct analysis for project efficiency and effectiveness   

    

    

    

2.    Regional Trade Marketing resource Management  

    

   
•  Support to       manage regional trade marketing A&P resource and related budget       ensuring investment follow channel strategy and priorities.
   
•  Support to effectively allocate channel       activity/project budget to support mega region sales performance to enable       HQ project budget allocation by channel/by customer
   
•  Support annual channel budgeting planning       
  

    

    

    

3.     Administration  support    

    

    

？     Support to organize regional trade marketing  regular business meeting

    

？     Support to coordinate reginal trade marketing  business trip and monthly administration 

    

？     Support to manage regional trade marketing  T&E resources management 

    

    

    

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    

1.         Experience:  

    

？   Experience on data/ sales information  management.   

    

？   Minimum 2 years sales team sales  information/ project support support role in FMCG company.

    

    

    

2.         Technical know-how:

    

？   Advanced  computer on Excel/Word/PPT skills.

    

？   Good communication  skills

    

？   Good  sense of sales data

    

    

    

3.         Interpersonal skills:

    

？      Problem solving, team player, self-motivated,  co-operative,  positive attitude.

    

    

Education

    

University Graduate or College is preferred
