• Main missions and associated activities:
  1. 按照TS 16949 & AIAG 手冊(cè)及客戶要求建立公司質(zhì)量管理體系 Establish quality management system according to TS 16940 & AIAG manual and customer requirement.
  2. 指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督各項(xiàng)流程的實(shí)施 Guide and monitor the implementation of all procedures
  3. 協(xié)助公司推行其他各項(xiàng)體系認(rèn)證工作 ,如ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001. Assist other management system certification work, e.g Iso 14001, OHSAS 18001
  4. 定期、不定期內(nèi)部審核執(zhí)行成效，對(duì)管理體系進(jìn)行監(jiān)督，審核，維護(hù)，確保體系的符合性，有效性，持續(xù)性 Regularlly/irregularlly internally audit the QMS to ensure the conformance, effectiveness and continuity
  5. 定期評(píng)審體系文件的可行性和合理性 Periodically review system documents to make sure they are feasible and suitable.
  6. 質(zhì)量管理體系外部審核聯(lián)系與安排 Quality management system 3rd party audit connection and arrangement
  7. 文件及記錄的管理 Document and record control
  8. 主導(dǎo)第2方客戶的體系審核，配合支持其他類型的審核 Lead 2nd party customer quality management system audit and support other types audit.
  
  AUTHORITY (DECISION, SIGNATURE, ...）:
  ? 質(zhì)量體系文件制定,維護(hù),更新 Make, maintain and update quality system documents
  ? 質(zhì)量體系文件的發(fā)行控制 Release and control quality system documents
  
  NECESSARY SKILLS:
  ? 熟悉TS16949及5大手冊(cè)內(nèi)容 Familiar with TS 16949 and 5 core tools
  ? 具備新建TS16949, ISO14001體系的經(jīng)驗(yàn) With experience to establish new TS system + ISO14001
  ? 有內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn) With experience of internal training
  ? 熟練使用電腦，郵件系統(tǒng)及辦公系統(tǒng)軟件 Familiar with computer , email system and office software usage.
  ? 英語聽讀寫熟練， 基本口語 Fluent English on listening, Reading and Witten, simple Speaking
  ? 2年以上汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量體系相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 2 years + automotive quality system experience
