Key Responsibility

Participate design reviewofnewPCBaproductand have a DFM know-how to conduct PCBa layout design to avoid potential risk.

Leador ParticipateSMT indirect material evaluation and introductionforcostdown.

Design and make paste or glue stencil.

設(shè)計(jì)并制作模具。

Set upthedifferent tools to guarantee the production with good quality and output.

Lead to create theproductprogram, working instruction, parameters folders.

Define relative technical specand create SMT process procedure document.

Participate toIATF 169494 and createPFMEA.

參加IATF 169494并創(chuàng)建PFMEA。

Support Production and Maintenance till the rump up of the new equipment/process, guaranteeing the achievement of the stated levels of compliance and efficiency/quality required.

支持新設(shè)備/新工藝的生產(chǎn)和維護(hù)，保證達(dá)到規(guī)定的合規(guī)水平和效率/質(zhì)量要求。

Continuous improvements from the SMT process, equipmentfor the SMT productionbyWCM approach. Use Kaizen tools to solve problem.

持續(xù)改進(jìn)從SMT工藝，設(shè)備為SMT生產(chǎn)的WCM方法。使用改進(jìn)工具解決問題。

Participate to the MES system to implementSMT ValorMESsetuprequirement.

參與MES系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)SMT值MES設(shè)置要求。

Train the technicians and operators.

培訓(xùn)技術(shù)人員和操作人員。

Interface according to the SMT production demand to thePEteam as a team.

根據(jù)SMT的生產(chǎn)需求，將作為項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)的一員。

SupportMaintenance, also basing on suppliers’ reports, about the critical spare parts for the preservation of machineries’ efficiency.

支持維護(hù)，也是根據(jù)供應(yīng)商的報(bào)告，關(guān)于維護(hù)機(jī)器效率的關(guān)鍵備件。

Propose and implement (with the suppliers’ help, both internal and external, internal tooling people) technical changes focused to the constant process improvement so to decreasescraps andlosses Propose and implement (also with the help from the internal analysts, external suppliers and / or maintenance people, internal tooling people) changes on the job cycle focused on the constant process’improvement in order to reach the efficient job cycle itself objectives.

Require and coordinate the extraordinary interventions by the suppliers and / or maintenance people, internal tooling people in case of equipment’s accidental breaks.

要求和協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)商和(或)維修人員、內(nèi)部工裝人員在設(shè)備意外損壞時(shí)采取的特殊干預(yù)措施

Verify and guarantee the safety level for the equipment by promptly highlighting, to the safety manager, the non–conformities both technical and managerial.

通過及時(shí)向安全經(jīng)理強(qiáng)調(diào)技術(shù)和管理上的不合格，驗(yàn)證和保證設(shè)備的安全水平。

Identify the optimal parameters of the various processes.

確定各個(gè)過程的***參數(shù)。

Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.

及時(shí)完成部門指定的其他任務(wù)。

Key Competencies

University diploma;

本科以上學(xué)歷優(yōu)先；

Minimum 4~5-years of experience on the SMT process and SMT equipment follows;

至少4~5年在SMT工藝和SMT設(shè)備方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

Rich experience on SMT stencil manufacture, solder paste printing, SPI, Pick & place, reflowing process and AOI process;

有豐富的SMT模具制造、錫膏印刷、SPI、采摘、回流加工和AOI工藝經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

Good skills on MS-Office software, CAM350, GC-PowerStation;

熟練掌握微軟辦公軟件，CAM 350，GC-PowerStation；

Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;

良好的溝通能力和人際交往能力；

Autonomous, Synthesis capacity;

自主、綜合能力；

Team work spirit to participate to the MFE team;

團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，參與MFE團(tuán)隊(duì)；

TS 16949 Training, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and etc.;

MES knowledge like Valor;

Fluent English (oral, reading, listening and writing) is mandatory.
