職位描述

Responsibilities:

• Implement China Distribution Strategy, establish and optimize China RDC network by partnering with qualified 3PL partners

• Set up business process for RDC operation and work with 3PL partners optimizing processes using lean methodology and tools, improve process efficiency and drive cost saving

• Ensure operations in AZ RDCs meeting with AZ SHE, Quality, Compliance policy and requirement, as well as GxP, SOX and other external laws and regulations

• Working with IT Project Manager, manage the IT project to seamlessly integrate 3PL IT system with AZ ERP system and build plug and play capabilities with RDCs

• Supervise operational activities in RDCs by regular gemba walks in RDC, monitor KPIs of 3PL, and run business review meeting with 3PL partners

• Coordinating AZ resources to support RDC on problem solving and continuous improvement

• Collaboratively work with cross-functional teams in AZ and 3PL partner to drive innovation in logistics related activities, e.g. digitalization, automation, new business model, etc.

• Maintain risk profile for RDC operations and plan & execute countermeasures

• Handle customer complaints related RDC operational activities

Requirements:

• University degree in Pharmaceuticals, Supply Chain, Logistics or related subjects

• SHE, associated GxP and regulatory knowledge

• Pharma logistic knowledge including IT system

• Lean principles understanding, experience and practicing

• Business, financial and supply chain awareness 

• At least 5 years experience in logistic management or related, 3 years supervisor or manager role

• Good command of English

• Good computer skill for daily office work

• Good communication skills 

• Good leadership, interpersonal skill 

• Familiar with SAP, WMS system

• SHE related knowledge
