Expected Areas of Responsibilities 工作職責(zé)
1. Obey the arrangements from Supervisor, handling the operating and activities based on business demands, match the physical goods flow to the information flow, support manufacturing and finished goods shipping on time.
服從主管安排，按需處理業(yè)務(wù)操作或活動(dòng)，使實(shí)物流和信息流相匹配，及時(shí)支持生產(chǎn)和發(fā)運(yùn)。
2. Ensure safety operating and compliance to EHS rules, feedback to Supervisor on any abnormal circumstances.
保證各項(xiàng)操作安全進(jìn)行，遵守EHS各項(xiàng)規(guī)定，有任何異常及時(shí)向主管反饋。
3. Operating according to SOPs, meets GMP requirements, feedback to Supervisor upon any abnormal circumstances.
按照SOP操作，滿足GMP要求，有任何異常及時(shí)向主管反饋。
4. Attend or assist continuous improvement on working procedures.
參與或協(xié)助進(jìn)行工作流程持續(xù)改進(jìn)。
5. Set up and maintain smoothly communication, coordination and information flow between working sequence.
建立和維護(hù)正常的上.下序信息流轉(zhuǎn)和溝通協(xié)調(diào)。
6. Take part in training, meeting and learning activities.
參與培訓(xùn)及會(huì)議學(xué)習(xí)等活動(dòng)。
7. Archive the original documents and business supportive documents for every kinds of audits.
整理保管好業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的原始記錄和支持性文檔備查。
8. Complete other assignments given by superior.
完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)其他交辦任務(wù)。
Experiences Desired 相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求
1. 1 year or above logistics experience in Pharmaceutical or similar companies.
有醫(yī)藥企業(yè)或類似企業(yè)一年以上物流工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Educational/Knowledge Desired (including professional qualifications & language proficiency)
必要的學(xué)歷和專業(yè)資格，含語言能力
1. High school and above.
高中及以上學(xué)歷。
2. With forklift's driving license or be able to acquire forklift's driving license after professional institution's training.
有鏟車操作證或經(jīng)專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)培訓(xùn)后可以取得鏟車操作證。
3. With logistics knowledge and acquires Pharmaceutical logistics knowledge after relevant training.
具有物流知識(shí)，培訓(xùn)后具有醫(yī)藥物流知識(shí)。
Skills & Ability Desired 必要的技能和能力
1. Ability to transport goods either manual or with equipment.
具備使用工具及人工搬運(yùn)物料的能力。
2. Ability to handle relevant physical goods flow and information flow.
具備能夠處理相應(yīng)物料的實(shí)物流和信息流的能力。
3. Ability of learning.
具備學(xué)習(xí)能力。
