SUMMARYOFPOSITION:

1、RepresentstheCompanyinmanagingrelationshipswithoutsideentities(keysuppliers)forthecompany.RepresentstheCompanyduringcontractexecutionstage,actingasanambassadorandexecutivelevelofthecompany.

2、ForthoseoutsideorganizationswithwhomtheCompanymaintainsaninterest,actsasaseniorrepresentativetoestablishandmaintainahigh-levelrelationshipwiththeparty.Whenopportunitypresents,activelydevelopandinitiallycraftbusinessrelationship.

3、Assistwithdevelopingcompanies'sstrategicplanandassistcommunicationswithinvestorcommunityduringinitialpublicofferingprocess.

SKILLSANDABILITIES:

1、Musthaveexecutive-levelbusinessacumen,withknowledgeofthePharmaceuticalsector’sbusinessportfoliooperations,especiallyChinesepharmaceuticalindustryoperations.

2、StrongcommunicationskillinbothEnglishandmandarinChinese,withexecutivelevelprofessionals.?Musthaveastrongappreciationforandfundamentalknowledgeofcriticalbusinessactivities.

3、Musthaveatalentforidentifying,establishingandfosteringrelationshipsandpartnershipswithinbusinesscommunities,includingtheleadership,interpersonalandpresentationskillstoinfluenceandgainsupport.

4、Strongnegotiationskillsandbusinessjudgment.

QUALIFICATIONS

1、Bachelor'sdegreeorabove，MBApreferred.

2、Workexperienceinleadingpharmaceuticaland/ormedicaldevicebusinessoperations.Chinesehealthcareindustryexperienceastrongplus.

3、Demonstratedproficiencyandtalentinevaluatingnewtechnologiesrelatedtopharmaceuticals.Ahistoryofcraftingexecutivelevelrelationshipswithacademicinstitutions,industrythoughtleaders,3rdpartyenterprisepartners,governmentalagenciesandindustry/academicorganizationsBroadfunctionalexperienceinanumberofdifferentbusiness/technicalareaswhichwouldallowacomprehensiveviewtobebuiltrelatingtotheinterdependenciesandvalueofcriticalbusinessfunctions.
