
Business Information (Associate) Manager

職位描述
JOB PURPOSE:
-Agilely respond to industry environment evolution, company business model changing and specificity of company distribution and channel management strategy to systematically manage internal sales data and master data while ensure the data quality from accuracy, integrity and timeliness perspective as the essential of the performance measurement and management
-Design appropriate and practical SOP to systematically, effectively and efficiently manage the data processing and delivering with high quality as well as responsible for the ongoing evolution and refining of the SOP.
-Manage the team to coordinate all the related stakeholders including internal teams such as BU, Commercial, ITS as well as external 3rd party vendor to ensure a solid and smooth execution of SOP.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Design, manage and continuously refine the below processes:
-In-market sales data management process, responsible for sales data collection, data cleansing and data mapping
-Sales appeal management process, responsible for managing sales appealing platform to timely process the received appeal case from sales force team, correct error of sales data accordingly and provide responsible feedback
-Master data management process, responsible for processing the request of newly add, modify, delete and merge of HCO/HCP information to ensure every record of the master data is accurate, up-to-date, unique, and integrate
-Work out solution and guideline for constantly arising new business model such as DTP, Internet hospital, Distributor Partnership model from sales and master data management perspective.
-Collaborate with Commercial team to design DDI expansion plan according to business needs, also manage the 3rd party vendor to implement the DDI installation to ensure the DDI data (Sell-in/Sell-out/Inventory) can be collected back timely and completely on daily basis.
-Vendor management, by setting specific and actionable KPI on 3rd party vendor and closely tracking the effect of process execution to ensure the expected service quality, also cooperate with Procurement team to conduct annual assessment on the quality of the 3rd party vendor service.
-Cooperate together with Legal, Procurement team to go through the budgeting and the corresponding approval process of the in-market sales data related purchasing contract and ensure continuity of the 3rd party’s service quality, as well as monitoring the progress of the spending.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
-Bachelor degree or above
Experience & knowledge:
-Good knowledge of sales data management and master data management, processes, policies and common practices
-At least 6 years’ experience in pharma industry, life science or the other related healthcare industry, related sales data analysis experience is preferred
-Strong interpersonal skills & Good communication skills
-Show integrity, resilience, and intellectual curiosity to work in complex business and organizational environment
Core competencies:
-SQL language is a must, Salesforce.com/Veeva & Qlikview & VBA is a plus
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusting business relationships
-Strong analytical sense to drive a wide range of analytics, both independently and with teamwork
-Good analytical hard skills, strength in Excel, access software, with capability on BI platform utilization is preferred
-Ability to work under pressure to deliver high-quality analysis and operational work
-Willingness to take initiative for continuous operational optimization while remaining results orientation.
-Fluency in English reading, writing and speaking
-Good teamwork and collaboration, flexible and open to change in complex business condition
