Role Purpose 職位目的：

1. To act as a Key contact with above country treasury function, China/HK legal entities, relationship banks, and SAFE to Handle a broad range of treasury matters including funding/mobilization evaluation, FX analysis, cash flow analysis, cash management reviews, in order to maximize the value to company and minimize Forex risks to the company
2. Proactively work on current SAFE rules and be in interaction with government departments, in particularly, with SAFE and Bank
3. Handle all aspects of cross-broader funding such as cross border loans, dividend declare and payment related matters
4. Manage the daily administration of cash pools, bank loans portfolio including drawdown and repayments, BAD as well as credit facilities negotiation/renewals
5. Assist manager in handling special projects including capital structure analysis, bank relationship management & reviews, CERPS implementation, providing training to users or team.
6. Supervise and develop the Treasury team with support from manager/SLO

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作職責：

? Bank accounts management responsible for bank account open, closure, to ensure the efficiency of bank accounts and cash pooling system.
? Liaise with internal tax department / SAFE and other government offices to manage foreign currency payments and receivable,
? Responsible for cash pooling daily operations, manage the bank loan and other investment and financing activities.
? Responsible for manage the non-cash pooling bank accounts and make sure the balance is in line with COMPANY China treasury strategy.
? Provide bank account statement, periodic Cash flow forecast and the cash flow movement analysis, to provide the insight to management team and corporate treasury team for decision making
? Responsible for all entities’ Annual inspection of bank loan card and foreign currency registration card
? Responsible for update the signature card of bank account and e-bank authorizer.
? Responsible for the foreign exchange income declaration to State Administration of foreign Exchange.
? Responsible for maintaining all entities’ manual cheque authorization signatures.
? Responsible for the oversea service fee payment certificate for the entities that are applicable
? Responsible for the company sponsored credit card management, negotiation with bank for better terms
? Responsible for the company internal control framework implementation
? Supervise and develop the treasury team in China/HK Area


Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

? Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance
? 5+ years of overall experience in Corporate Treasury/Banking environment
? Highly developed analytical, problem solving skills
? Highly energetic, self motivated, hard-working with high integrity
? Possess informed knowledge of Global Economy/International Capital Markets
? Excellent handling of Office applications systems and good understanding of Treasury management system, ERP systems and various banking platforms
? Excellent written & spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English
? Past pharmaceutical industry experience preferable but not essential
? Proven ability to work under pressure against tight and changing dead-lines and prioritize work and deliver
? Proven problem solving skills
? Ability to work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal guidance
? Ability to work effectively in a Matrix organization
? Ability to manage complexity and drive change
? Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated people development record
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Ability to think strategically and influence Management team decision making
