?Make a strategic development plan and a working plan for theLaboratory.  制定醫(yī)學檢驗科戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展規(guī)劃和工作計劃。 ?Be responsible to provide reliable and accurate laboratory testsreports requested by clinical   departme nts, which associated with routine clinical test, biochemistrytest，immunological test，  microbiological test, and arrangement of pathological test. 負責提供可靠準確的臨床科室需要的醫(yī)學檢驗報告包括：臨床常規(guī)檢驗、生化檢測、免疫檢測、微生物檢測，病理標本檢測。 ?Take responsibility on providing blood bank service and make sureenough blood products supply to meet clinical request. 負責提供血庫服務，保障臨床用血需求。 ?To guaranty laboratory test available 24 hours every day.   確保提供每天24小時實驗室檢測報告。 ?Oversee department’s quality control program and guaranty quality ofall tests.   監(jiān)督醫(yī)學檢驗科的質量控制系統(tǒng)，保障臨床檢測質量。  ?Develop policies and guidelines for laboratory medicine department. 制定醫(yī)學檢驗科規(guī)章制度和工作規(guī)范。 ?Define and approve professional privilege for the staff practising inthe laboratory. 制定和批準醫(yī)學檢驗科專業(yè)人員的工作授權。 ?Establish a guideline for goods purchasing, stocking, and usage in thelaboratory.  制定醫(yī)學檢驗科檢驗物品采購、保存和使用規(guī)范。 ?Be responsible to maintain all equipments in good working condition. 保障醫(yī)學檢驗科所有設備工作狀態(tài)良好。 ?Establish a guideline for medical waste management and guaranty medicalwaste being processed according to government’s regulation.  建立醫(yī)療廢物管理規(guī)范，保障醫(yī)療廢物依法妥善處理。  ?Other duties assigned by the hospital senior management. 完成醫(yī)院高管層布置的其它任務。
