崗位職責 Responsibilities： · Develop a strategic plan and a working plan for the PharmacyDepartment. 制定藥房發(fā)展規(guī)劃和工作計劃。 · In charge of Pharmacy Committee and to arrange routineoperation。負責組建醫(yī)院藥事委員會并安排日?；顒?。 · Recruit pharmacists to build up a professional team. 錄用藥劑師組建藥房專業(yè)團隊。 · Define job description for Pharmacy 制定藥房崗位職責。 · Define and approve professional privilege for the staff working in thepharmacy. 制定和批準藥房藥劑師的工作授權(quán)。 · Be responsible to provide reliable and accurate pharmacy services toevery patient according to the prescription ordered by the physicianworking in the hospital。 根據(jù)醫(yī)院醫(yī)師的處方負責為患者提供可靠準確的藥品。 · Develop prescription and labels used in the hospital. 制定醫(yī)院內(nèi)使用的處方的標簽。 · Develop policies and guideline for Pharmacy. 制定藥房規(guī)章制度和工作規(guī)范。 · Establish a guideline of drug purchasing, stocking, and dispensing 制定藥房藥品采購、保存、和發(fā)藥規(guī)范。 · Establish a guideline for goods purchasing, stocking, and usage 制定藥房物品采購、庫存、和使用規(guī)范。 · Works together with quality management department to oversee qualitycontrol program and monitor department’s quality indicators. 與質(zhì)量控制部一起，監(jiān)測質(zhì)量控制指標。 · Works together with finance department to prepare department budgetand financial reports, 與財務(wù)部一起參與準備科室的預算和財務(wù)報告。 · Prepare monthly pharmacists’ roster and on call schedules; Guarantee24 hours services. 做好藥劑師排班表和聽班表，保障24小時藥房服務(wù)。 · Be responsible to maintain all equipments in good working condition. 保障藥房所有設(shè)備工作狀態(tài)良好。 · Monitor physician’ s prescription and maintain quality control. 監(jiān)督醫(yī)師處方并保持質(zhì)量控制。 · Develop policy of antibiotics application for the hospital 制定醫(yī)院抗菌素使用規(guī)范。 · Monitor and Manage usage of narcotics within the hospital 監(jiān)督和管理醫(yī)院內(nèi)毒麻藥應(yīng)用。 · Monitor and manage application of vaccination in the hospital 監(jiān)督和管理醫(yī)院內(nèi)免疫疫苗的使用。 · Other duties assigned by the hospital senior management. 完成醫(yī)院高管層布置的其它任務(wù)。 任職資格 Qualification： 1、Bachelor Degree or above 大學本科學歷或以上； 2、Preferable 10 years of work experience in pharmacy 最好10年以上藥房管理工作經(jīng)歷； 3、Good English skills 英文良好； 4、Licensed pharmacist 藥師專業(yè)資格證書
