KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責）
1 Perform chemical test according to the set up procedures and regulation for EO residual with GC/UV spectrophotometry, water test for Chinese pharmacopeia requirements, other required chemical test of product for registration/release.
按照法規(guī)及設定程序要求用氣象色譜法/紫外分光光度法測試產(chǎn)品環(huán)氧乙烷殘留量，按中國藥典要求測試水系統(tǒng)，及其他相關化學測試。
2 OOS investigation, and lab testing deviation handling.
參與OOS調查，及實驗室試驗偏差調查。
3 Document testing raw data/report and maintain data base, leadership for trend analysis of testing results/assessment report for product quality and environment/water
撰寫測試記錄/報告及維護數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)。對產(chǎn)品測試或環(huán)境監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)進行趨勢分析及評估。
4 Qualification and validation of analytical instrument, maintenance, necessary re-validation as well.
對分析儀器進行確認、驗證/再驗證及維護。
5 Update lab procedure according to corporate/GMP/regulation requirements.
更新實驗室程序以符合公司/GMP/法規(guī)要求。
6 Support lab supervisor for lab operation: lab consumables plan and purchasing, lab budget, lab safety compliance.
協(xié)助實驗室主管：實驗室消耗品采購計劃，實驗室預算及實驗室安全符合。
7 Assistant the annual product sterilization process requalification or PQ if necessary.
如需要協(xié)助年度產(chǎn)品滅菌程序確認或驗證。
8 Assistant the internal and external quality system audit.
協(xié)助內(nèi)部和外部質量體系審核。
9 Other work need to do.
其他安排的工作。
SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1. Above bachelor degree.
本科或以上學歷畢業(yè)；
2. 3 years’ experience in medical device or pharm industry.
醫(yī)療器械/醫(yī)藥行業(yè)相關工作經(jīng)驗3年以上；
3. Knowledge in micro and chemical testing.
熟悉微生物及化學檢驗要求；
4. Good skill of communication and learning.
良好的溝通技巧、學習能力；
5. Skill of micro office program.
電腦辦公軟件應用熟練；
6. Skill of English in reading and writing.
一定的英語聽說讀寫能力。
7. With or be trained Pressure Vessel and Operation Certificate
持有壓力容器、危險化學品操作證，或經(jīng)相關培訓
