1. Transfer Internal and external phone call, screen phone call and answer call inquiry
轉(zhuǎn)接內(nèi)外部來電、過濾無效來電、接聽咨詢電話
2. Guest visiting reception service
承擔(dān)來訪賓客的接待服務(wù)工作
3. Benefit distribution, e.g. Birthday ticket, holiday coupon.
福利品發(fā)放，如：生日券、節(jié)日禮券。
4. Coordinate Company Insurance Payment Delivery.
協(xié)調(diào)公司保險理賠的交付。
5. Other assignments from the supervisor

SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1. College education or above
大專及以上學(xué)歷
2. New fresh or 1-2 years in administration
應(yīng)屆生或1-2年行政相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
3. Familiar with MS office software, i.e. word, excel, PowerPoint
熟悉辦公自動化軟件，如word,excel,PowerPoint
4. Patient and responsible
具有耐心及強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感
5. Good communication skills and team player
良好的溝通能力、團(tuán)隊協(xié)作精神
6. Fluent English both in oral and written
