Principal Accountabilities

1.Assist ISRM and IT managers (4) with travel plans, itineraries and agendas, ensuring documents and logistics are prepared in advance; Prepare travel and business expenses claims report

2.Gather and consolidate region budgets, country cards; Generate IS Region monthly reports; Build and consolidate presentations

3.Manage ISRM calendar and emails; Visitors reception and logistic arrangement; Set-up meetings and conference call. Meeting room booking, pre-meeting set-up, notes taking on meetings and drafting meeting minutes

4.Sending, tracking, receiving and distributing regular mails and express mails; Filing, faxing, photocopying; Simple translation

Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:

Proficiency in English

Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint

Good inter-personal and communication skills

Experience:
