The following objectives/deliverables support east packaging site and filling project.
? 負(fù)責(zé)工程部的自動(dòng)化設(shè)施維護(hù)保養(yǎng)，包括制定相關(guān)程序，質(zhì)量和安全法規(guī)的符合，故障解決，預(yù)防性維護(hù)，日常監(jiān)控，偏差解決和預(yù)防，確保其符合GMP和HSE的要求。
Responsible for automation maintenance in engineering, including procedure establishing, quality and HSE requirement compliance, troubleshooting, PM, routine monitoring, deviation solve and prevention, to ensure its compliance with GMP and HSE requirement.
? 協(xié)調(diào)負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備的儀表校正管理，包括制定相關(guān)程序，日常校驗(yàn)管理，確保其精確并符合國(guó)家和公司的規(guī)定。
Responsible for instrument management, including procedure establishing, calibration
management, to ensure its accuracy and compliance with regulation of local and corporation.
? 運(yùn)用優(yōu)良維護(hù)的方法，提高設(shè)備可靠性，降低故障率，并協(xié)助主管建立良好的設(shè)備維護(hù)管理體系。
Use lean maintenance methodology to improve equipment reliability, reduce malfunction, and assist supervisor to establish excellent equipment maintenance process.
? 負(fù)責(zé)所轄設(shè)備、儀表的編制預(yù)算，備件計(jì)劃，系統(tǒng)驗(yàn)證，項(xiàng)目改造，施工協(xié)調(diào)，質(zhì)量和進(jìn)度控制，保證其符合國(guó)家及公司的要求并按計(jì)劃完成
Responsible for charged equipment and instrument budget plan, spare parts plan, qualification, renovation, construction, quality and schedule control, ensue to compliance with regulation of local and corporation.
? 與其他各部門保持良好的溝通,保證公司各項(xiàng)政策及時(shí)得到落實(shí)并了解其他部門的要求;主動(dòng)與政府部門和承包商進(jìn)行溝通,與之保持良好的合作關(guān)系,了解最新國(guó)家政策和市場(chǎng)信息。

Providing the support and coach to lower level staff on technical field.

Participate and implement specific tasks regarding HSE and 5S activities.
? 是灌裝工廠環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)和潔凈設(shè)施自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的責(zé)任工程師。
He is responsibility engineer of environmental monitoring system and clean utility automation system in east lake plant.
基本要求：
Basic Requirements:
? 電氣或自動(dòng)化相關(guān)專業(yè),大學(xué)本科。
Bachelor’s degree major in electrical or related.
? 熟悉自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)(PLC/HMI等)，羅克韋爾自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先。
Familiar with automation system, Rockwell system is preferred.
? 熟悉公用設(shè)施和潔凈設(shè)施系統(tǒng)原理。
Familiar with the principle of utility systems.
? 具有較強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)、分析、判斷、溝通和解決問(wèn)題的技能。
Strong coordination, analytical, judgment, communication and problem solving skill.
? 具有生產(chǎn)設(shè)施或工程/設(shè)計(jì)和基建的操作和保養(yǎng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Experience in operation and maintenance in manufacturing facilities or in engineering/design & construction business.
? 能用中英文進(jìn)行溝通和讀寫文件。
Chinese and English capability for communication and documentation.
? 具有繪制CAD圖及運(yùn)用計(jì)算機(jī)的能力.
Good CAD and computer skills.
