Understand business process of the assigned area, understand how IT solution can bring benefit to business.
？ 了解所屬區(qū)域的目標(biāo)，目的和商務(wù)策略。
Understands the goals, objectives and business strategy of the assigned business area.
？ 與所屬的行業(yè)人員工作緊密切合，建立友好的工作關(guān)系。
Works closely with the personnel in the business area and builds working relationships.
？ 確定目標(biāo)以及設(shè)計IT項目和服務(wù)，促進(jìn)及支持該項目。
Proposes and designs IT projects and services which improve and support the business.

？ 參與到IT或業(yè)務(wù)部門的項目中，有效地實(shí)施IT解決方案。
Involved in IT & business project to implement IT solutions effectively.
？ 制定項目計劃，并高質(zhì)量的按項目執(zhí)行。
Develops project plans for computer systems and execute the plan with quality requirement.
? 服務(wù)管理 (Service Management)
？ 提供所屬業(yè)務(wù)部門的IT技術(shù)支持，統(tǒng)計分析日常支持的問題，提高日常支持效率。
Delivery daily support of assigned business area, statistic and analyze daily support issue and request to improve support efficiency.
？ 團(tuán)隊成員之間分享知識和經(jīng)驗，實(shí)現(xiàn)跨業(yè)務(wù)區(qū)域支持。
Knowledge and experience share within team, make cross business area support come true
？ 分析和提高計算機(jī)系統(tǒng)的功能，以更好的滿足業(yè)務(wù)需要
Analyzes and develop improvement areas for the computer systems and help business improve their process
？ 根據(jù)GMP以及計算機(jī)系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)政策及操作規(guī)程, 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對IT自動化項目驗證工作
Leads validation activity for IT Automation project complying with GMP and Corporate Computer System Policy and Procedure
？ 撰寫驗證文件,確保高質(zhì)量的計算機(jī)系統(tǒng)
Develops validation documents ensuring the high quality of the computer systems
基本要求：
Basic Requirements:
? 計算機(jī),信息工程本科或以上學(xué)歷優(yōu)先
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferable
? 五年以上的制造業(yè)IT或自動化項目管理, 系統(tǒng)開發(fā)經(jīng)驗
5 or more years of background in IT with project management and system development
? 有計算機(jī)系統(tǒng)驗證過程和系統(tǒng)開發(fā)生命周期方面的知識
Knowledge of computer system validation process and system development life cycle
? 5年以上制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)自動化系統(tǒng)實(shí)施或維護(hù)經(jīng)驗
5 or more years’ experience of manufacturing Automation system deployment or support
? 3年以上基于數(shù)據(jù)庫應(yīng)用軟件開發(fā)經(jīng)驗，熟悉VB, .NET, SQL, Oracle
3 or more years’ experience of application development, familiar with VB, .NET, SQL, Oracle, etc.
? 有PLC，SCADA，以及HMI開發(fā)經(jīng)驗，熟悉Rockwell FactoryTalk View SE, OSI Pi優(yōu)先
Experience in PLC/SCADA/HMI development, familiar with Rockwell FactoryTalk View SE, OSI Pi is preferred.
? 中英文語言和書寫的良好溝通技能；
Good communication skill both verbal and written. Strong English communication is also required.
? 有制藥行業(yè)或GMP環(huán)境的工作經(jīng)驗；
Experience in a Pharmaceutical or GMP environment.
? 能和業(yè)務(wù)部門,其他IT成員之間建立良好的人際關(guān)系
Inter-personal skills to establish good relationship with business area and/or other IT member
? 良好的自我控制能力和時間管理技巧
Self-motivated and good time-management skills
