About the department
The position
Working as the regional marketing head together with the Regional Business Director/VP and ABMs to develop high quality regional marketing plan; and ensure the regional marketing plan fit with the local market conditions and the overall central marketing strategiesIntegrate the central marketing and regional programs and at the regional level to ensure alignment and appropriate resource deploymentImplement central marketing programs in the responsible region to achieve the pre-defined objectives and KPIs including the business impact, the timeline and the budget Consolidate regional inputs on marketing programs and feedback them to line manager Build a solid understanding of the regional market; maintain strong relationship with the KOLs in the regionSupervise the regional product managers and develop their capabilitiesCoordinate academic training and cycle meeting in the region by collaboration with MSL and regional training team
Qualifications More than 5 years’ pharmaceutical sales plus marketing experience People management experience preferredProactive and self-motivated with strong ownership Strong analytical skills; strategic thinkingStrong communication and influence skillsIntegration ,optimization and collaboration capabilitiesStrong diabetes knowledge preferred
