About the department
Commercial department aspire to drive sales growth in PHI, Pharmacy and other channels, while ensuring market access, distributor cooperation and product availability to support sustainable business growth
The position
Responsible for delivery of sales order to ensure that distributors could receive the goods safely and in time, and also to guarantee the market supply;
Responsible for daily operation of two storage suppliers (Guangzhou and Shanghai);
Responsible for operation supervision and regular audit of two storage suppliers (Guangzhou and Shanghai);
Responsible for operation supervision and regular audit to our transportation’s suppliers (3 suppliers);
Responsible for handling of damaged products;
Responsible for insurance claim;
Responsible for verify and apply the cost, include 3 transportation suppliers and storage suppliers.
Assistant the logistic project in admin matters and data preparation
Backup for other logistic matters
Qualifications
Good at English using at read, listen and write;
Good at leading a team to finish a job;
Managerial skills in operation of rep offices;
Proficient at Office Software, such as Word, Excel, etc.,
Knowing export and import procedure;
Intimate sense in business.
