主要職責(zé)(Main Responsibilities):
1. Conducts failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) to ensure proper maintenance tasks and intervals are established for all equipment, systems and components in the RCM program.

2. Develops equipment specifications and acceptance tests, and maintenance procedures for new or rebuilt equipment.

3. Prepares reports to describe the status, benefits and opportunities within the RCM program to ensure strategic maintenance goals are being met.
匯報RCM項目的執(zhí)行狀態(tài)，收益和機(jī)會，并確保會達(dá)到既定的RCM維修管理目標(biāo)。
4. Performs root cause failure analysis (RCFA) for equipment failures and identifies corrective actions necessary to increase future reliability.
對設(shè)備故障進(jìn)行根源故障分析，并制定相應(yīng)預(yù)防措施來提高可靠性。
5. Periodically reviews maintenance equipment history in order to provide proactive solutions to potential problems affecting reliability and or cost.
定期審核維修保養(yǎng)記錄，并為會影響設(shè)備可靠性和高維修費(fèi)用的潛在問題提出預(yù)測性維修解決方案。
6. Works directly with the Maintenance teams to provide guidance and decision making regarding the maintenance procedures and process in order to ensure the reliability goals for the site are met.

7. Supports maintenance and operations for corrective and reactive maintenance as well as proactive maintenance related to reliability.

8. Supports the execution of capital projects.
支持執(zhí)行固定資產(chǎn)項目。
9. Ensures EHS and GMP practices and regulations are considered in all maintenance activities.

10. Lead the standardization of equipment, components, installation and technologies within all site major systems.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)個主要系統(tǒng)設(shè)備、部件、安裝和技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。
11. Ensures predictive maintenance efforts to attend routes, troubleshooting and corrective activities as needed.
確保預(yù)測性維修應(yīng)用到維修活動的各個方面。
崗位要求( Qualification Requirements)：
1. College education or equivalent knowledge. Major in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation.
本科文憑，主修機(jī)械、電子或自動化。
2. Good English communication skill.
良好的英語溝通技巧。
3. With holistic maintenance and trouble-shooting skill.
全面的維修故障解決能力。
4. With fundamental knowledge for FMEA and 6-SIGMA.
對于FMEA和6 SIGMA有基本認(rèn)識。
5. With practicable knowhow for preventative maintenance execution.
對預(yù)防性維修執(zhí)行有實際經(jīng)驗。
6. Familiar GMP and related engineering standard.
熟悉GMP規(guī)范和相關(guān)的工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
7. At least 5 years hands-on experience for maintenance management.
至少5年現(xiàn)場維修管理經(jīng)驗。
8. Experienced user for Computerized Maintenance Management System.
對CMMS系統(tǒng)有一定經(jīng)驗。
9. Pharmaceutical industry working experience is preferred.
優(yōu)先考慮具備制藥行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗的應(yīng)聘者。
10. Should be self-motivated individual contributor as well as mutual team player.
