Purpose of the Job
Develop the professional training regarding products and business development for the related employees and our clients so that the skills of employees meet the company and clients’ current and future needs.帶領培訓團隊，設計和實施產(chǎn)品培訓和商務培訓，使員工和客戶的技能能滿足公司當前和未來的需要。
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Be in charge of digging and analyzing the training demand of dealers. 負責挖掘和分析經(jīng)銷商的培訓需求；
- Coordinate with HQ for anything related to training issues. 與總部的協(xié)調(diào)任何有關(guān)培訓方面事宜；
- Guide and lead training team to finish training courses designation, training material development and translation. 指導和帶領培訓團隊進行課程開發(fā)，完成培訓資料的翻譯、校對、完善；
- Keeping eyes with audiology and hearing aid industry updating information and sending these to training team.關(guān)注聽力學及助聽器行業(yè)動態(tài)，及時傳遞領域內(nèi)新知識給培訓團隊；
- Keeping track with training result of training team對團隊培訓結(jié)果進行跟蹤、考核；
- Coordinate with other departments for all of training issues與其他部門協(xié)調(diào)所有培訓問題；
- Other assignments by superior 上級布置的其他工作。
Basic Education
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in audiologist or related field. 本科以上學歷，聽力學或相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Work Experience
At least 5 years working experiences in hearing aid industry training function and at least 2 years in management至少五年助聽器行業(yè)培訓工作經(jīng)驗，兩年以上管理經(jīng)驗。
