Purpose of the Job
To build up a professional head-quarter call-center ,thereby operate coordination between dealer and internal to ensure service qualities and efficiency. 在經(jīng)銷商和公司之間建立一種專業(yè)，高效的優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily customer inquiries of fitting and after-sales issue via call center
- 負(fù)責(zé)電話熱線客戶日常助聽器驗(yàn)配問(wèn)題的咨詢和其他日常售后客戶咨詢問(wèn)題
- Responsible for offering support and solutions about fitting.
- 負(fù)責(zé)幫助客戶提供助聽器驗(yàn)配方面的解決方案
- Responsible for answering incoming calls to call center to ensure the support  of real-time fitting issues
- 負(fù)責(zé)每日call center的接聽并保證在線驗(yàn)配問(wèn)題的支持和回復(fù)
- Good attitude towards customers to meet customer’s satisfaction and always provide customer-oriented services
- 對(duì)待客戶保持良好的態(tài)度并永遠(yuǎn)保持以客戶為導(dǎo)向的原則
- Communicate with customers and sales and coordinate with intra-department for daily  complaint and outbound call
- 保持與客戶和銷售的日常良好溝通，協(xié)調(diào)其他部門以解決客戶的日常投訴和回訪
-Follow up on daily complaints or inquiries and provide feedback in a timely manner
- 對(duì)于客戶的日常咨詢和相關(guān)投訴做好及時(shí)的跟蹤并予以及時(shí)的反饋
- Able to fit and program hearing aid on end
- 具備一定的驗(yàn)配能力可為上門客戶做調(diào)試
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
- 其它上級(jí)安排的工作
Basic Education
- College degree above.  Have Knowledge in audiology and hearing aids is preferred.
- 大專以上學(xué)歷 （具備聽力學(xué)以及助聽器專業(yè)知識(shí)的優(yōu)先）
Work Experience
- At least 2-year of working experience in customer service function or at least 2-years working experience in hearing aid fitting
2年以上客戶服務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或助聽器相關(guān)行業(yè)驗(yàn)配工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- Microsoft Office- Be familiar with ERP system 熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)
- Be familiar with order management and logistic process熟悉訂單流程和物流流程
