部門概述和睦家醫(yī)療集團(tuán)是中國(guó)境內(nèi)第一家按國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)立、診療技術(shù)領(lǐng)先的綜合性醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)，我們的宗旨是：在家庭般溫馨舒適的就診環(huán)境里，為患者提供獨(dú)特的、全方位的醫(yī)療服務(wù).職位概述Provision of medical care within area of expertise in Internal Medicine Department and as internal medicine physician.  Will also act as consultant for complicated medical conditions for all specialties in the hospital and support in the ICU as needed在內(nèi)科部門提供專業(yè)的醫(yī)療服務(wù)，作為內(nèi)科醫(yī)生，同時(shí)也要會(huì)診醫(yī)院內(nèi)所有?？埔呻y病例和根據(jù)需要到ICU提供醫(yī)療服務(wù)。崗位職責(zé)1. Perform complete physical exams and assessments of patients in Internal Medicine Department (including urgent, emergent, and non-urgent presentation) and  ICU. 對(duì)內(nèi)科病人和ICU病人進(jìn)行全面體檢和評(píng)估（包括緊急的，突發(fā)的，和非緊急的病人）2. Help with the coverage of the ICU as requested.根據(jù)需要到ICU值班。3. Help with medical development programs of internal medicine, such as develop rules, training plans and QI monitoring systems .協(xié)助進(jìn)行內(nèi)科醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的項(xiàng)目，如制定規(guī)則、 培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃和質(zhì)量指標(biāo)跟蹤系統(tǒng)。4. Select, order and perform tests and procedures to augment physical findings為確認(rèn)檢查結(jié)果，下醫(yī)囑做相應(yīng)化驗(yàn)。5. Define/document differential diagnoses and list differential diagnoses with most likely diagnosis indicated.定義/記錄診斷的細(xì)微差異,并列表鑒別診斷與最可能的診斷結(jié)果。6. Write orders on physician order sheet for tests, procedures and the implementation and management of therapies in accordance with medical protocols. Write signature on chart based upon institutional policy按照醫(yī)療規(guī)定進(jìn)行下醫(yī)囑做檢查,常規(guī),執(zhí)行和管理治療方案,并按照醫(yī)院的政策在病例上書寫簽名。7. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as deemed necessary and appropriate for plan of care if privileged to do so.  Consult as necessary.按照授權(quán)范圍，根據(jù)必要和適當(dāng)?shù)淖o(hù)理計(jì)劃執(zhí)行診斷和治療措施。必要時(shí)，要咨詢。8. Interpret data and diagnostic results for appropriate course of action including blood gases, radiology, ECG, etc., but not limited to these.解析數(shù)據(jù)和診斷結(jié)果，適當(dāng)采取的行動(dòng)包括血?dú)?，放射圖像、 心電圖、 等，但不局限于這些。9. Participate in education and training including medical and nursing staff.參與醫(yī)療和護(hù)理人員的教育和培訓(xùn)。10. Participate in community by the Hospital.參與醫(yī)院組織的社區(qū)活動(dòng)。11. Follow bylaws and policy and procedure of Qingdao United Family Hospital.服從青島和睦家醫(yī)院的制度政策流程.12. Take in house on call as assigned by department chair and ICU director根據(jù)部門主任和ICU主任安排值班.13. Other duties as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer and the Chair of Internal Medicine.由首席醫(yī)療官和科主任分配的其他工作職責(zé)。任職條件1. Board Certified/Board Eligible (or equivalent) in Internal Medicine OR  Chinese physician practice license 美國(guó)內(nèi)科醫(yī)學(xué)委員會(huì)認(rèn)證 （或等同）或 中國(guó)醫(yī)師資格證及執(zhí)業(yè)證2. Medical degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine.從正規(guī)醫(yī)學(xué)院校獲得的醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)位(或同等學(xué)位)。3. Completion of residency training at a hospital and program acceptable to the Departmental Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer在醫(yī)院完成住院醫(yī)師培訓(xùn)，培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目需得到部門主任和首席醫(yī)療官的任可。4. Minimum 5 years experience post-residency in the clinical arena preferred優(yōu)先考慮：完成住院醫(yī)培訓(xùn)后具有至少5年臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
