部門概述和睦家醫(yī)療集團是中國境內(nèi)第一家按國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)立、診療技術(shù)領(lǐng)先的綜合性醫(yī)療機構(gòu)，我們的宗旨是：在家庭般溫馨舒適的就診環(huán)境里，為患者提供獨特的、全方位的醫(yī)療服務(wù).職位概述Prescribes prenatal and postnatal care; performs deliveries in maternity cases. Treats diseases and injuries of female reproductive system by surgical and conservative means.對于產(chǎn)前產(chǎn)后病人開醫(yī)囑；為懷孕產(chǎn)婦執(zhí)行分娩；通過手術(shù)和保守的治療方法治療女性生殖系統(tǒng)的疾病與損傷。崗位職責(zé)1. Prescribes prenatal and postnatal care, performs deliveries in maternity cases, and treats diseases and injuries of female reproductive system. Prepares and review case histories and obtains data through interviews. Examines patients and determines x-ray examinations and clinical laboratory tests required. Interprets test results and evaluates examination findings. Prescribes prenatal and postnatal care, including diets and medication. Directs nurses in procedures for preoperative and postoperative care such as administering sedatives, prescribing diets, and preparing operative area of patients. Applies surgical procedures and coordinates gynecological and obstetrical operations with anesthesiologist. Administers and prescribes such conservative measures of treatment as antibiotics, drugs, and compresses. Treats patients suffering from surgical shock, postoperative hemorrhages, and other complications.產(chǎn)前產(chǎn)后的護理；在生育時執(zhí)行分娩；通過手術(shù)和保守的治療方法治療女性生殖系統(tǒng)的疾病與損傷。準(zhǔn)備和檢查病例并通過面談獲得數(shù)據(jù)。檢查患者，并確定所需的X線檢查和臨床實驗室測試。解釋測試結(jié)果并評估檢查結(jié)果。規(guī)定產(chǎn)前產(chǎn)后的護理，包括飲食和藥物治療。指示護士在術(shù)前術(shù)后的護理程序，如鎮(zhèn)定劑的使用，處方飲食，和患者手術(shù)區(qū)的準(zhǔn)備工作。適用于外科手術(shù)與麻醉婦產(chǎn)科手術(shù)。負責(zé)管理和規(guī)定抗生素，藥物保守治療措施，止血敷料。治療患有手術(shù)休克，術(shù)后出血和其他病發(fā)癥的病人。2. Works on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with other OB/GYN doctors, midwives and Department Chairperson.與婦產(chǎn)科 醫(yī)生，助產(chǎn)士和部門主任合作進行部門內(nèi)質(zhì)量改進活動。3. Will work closely with the Department Chairperson  in supporting departmental goals.與部門主任緊密合作，共同完成部門目標(biāo)。4. May be granted additional responsibilities based on consultation with Department Chairperson. 基于部門主任的商榷，可能會有額外的職責(zé)。任職條件1. Board Certified/Board Eligible (or equivalent) in Obstetrics and Gynecology OR  Chinese physician practice license 婦產(chǎn)科醫(yī)學(xué)委員會認證 （或等同）或中國醫(yī)師資格證及執(zhí)業(yè)證2. Doctor of medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine.從正規(guī)醫(yī)學(xué)院校獲得的醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)位(或同等學(xué)位)。3. Completion of residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at a hospital and program acceptable to the Departmental Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer在醫(yī)院完成婦產(chǎn)科住院醫(yī)師培訓(xùn)，培訓(xùn)項目需得到部門主任和首席醫(yī)療官的任可。4. Minimum 5 years experience post-residency in the clinical arena preferred優(yōu)先考慮：完成住院醫(yī)培訓(xùn)后具有至少5年臨床經(jīng)驗。
