部門概述和睦家醫(yī)療集團是中國境內(nèi)第一家按國際標準設(shè)立、診療技術(shù)領(lǐng)先的綜合性醫(yī)療機構(gòu)，我們的宗旨是：在家庭般溫馨舒適的就診環(huán)境里，為患者提供獨特的、全方位的醫(yī)療服務(wù).職位概述Prescribes male infertility diagnosis and treatment; the consultation in male reproductive health; Percutaneous testis biopsy and percutaneous epididymal, testicular sperm aspiration (PETSA); Treats diseases and injuries of male reproductive system by surgical and conservative means.崗位職責1. Male Infertility; treat oligospermia, asthenozoospermia, Teratozoospermia, Male sexual dysfunction;2. Consultation in Male Reproductive Health: giving the guide and consultation in reproductive genetics, give help to the infertility patients which is due to the psychogenic reasons.3. This includes the provision of care in clinics, laboratory, operating theatres. Both in house (resident in the hospital) and on call duties are required at a frequency determined by the needs of the department.4. The post holder will work as part of a department team which includes nurses, embryologists, administrators and managers to provide a safe, high quality and efficient service to patients, maintain high quality medical records, and complete such forms as are required for the proper functioning of the department and the hospital. 5. The post holder will work with other departments, such as anesthesiology, surgery, radiology, family care in the hospital to provide an integrated patient centered service.6. It is expected that the post holder will undergo annual appraisal, job planning including setting objectives in line with the needs of the department, carry out at least 1 audit each year, and will serve on at least one hospital/clinic committee. The post holder will contribute fully to the work of the department including attending regular multi-disciplinary team meetings for the purposes of clinical review, developing clinical pathways, and keeping up to date with changes in medical practice (CME). The post holder will work closely with the Department Chairperson in supporting departmental goals, and may be granted additional responsibilities based on consultation with Department Chairperson.任職條件1. Board Certified/Board Eligible (or equivalent) in Reproductive Medicine (andrologist);2. Doctor of medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine;3. Completion of residency training in Reproductive Medicine at a hospital and program acceptable to the department Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer;4. Minimum 3-5 years experience post-residency in the clinical arena preferred;5. Fluency in English Required; fluency in Mandarin a preferred; fluency in German and/or French a plus.
