主要應(yīng)負(fù)職責(zé)和工作活動(dòng)（Key accountabilities and activities）:
(1) Marketing Strategy and Plan
2 Assist PM for annually product strategy making and POA design.
2 Assist PM for MKT Budget set up and control according to Product strategy.
(2) National congress, conference design and organization
2 Plan and organize the national conferences, meeting, seminar and other events.
2 Design program and promotional material
2 Set up and control the budget
(3) Promotion Tool and Product Training
2 Medical support and training material editing
2 Product training for guidance according to the MKT strategy
2 DA and Gimmicks preparation and design
(4) Field Visiting
2 Communication with local doctors
2 Co-ordinate with local team for joint Call
2 Co-ordinate with local team for local conference
(5) Sales and MKT Data Analysis
2 Sales data analysis
2 MKT investment analysis and adjustment
Feedbacks for strategy adjustment

招聘要求(Qualifications)
(1)年齡：25-35；
Age of 25 to 35
(2)學(xué)歷：大學(xué)本科以上；
Degree: Bachelor39;s degree or above
(3)專業(yè)：醫(yī)學(xué)或藥學(xué)；
Major: Medical or pharmaceutical background
(4)經(jīng)驗(yàn)：3年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有助理產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理、醫(yī)學(xué)傳播公司客戶經(jīng)理或醫(yī)學(xué)編輯經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳；
Experience: around 3 years related working experience, experience of assistant Product manager, Account manager or Medical editor in healthcare communication company are preferred
(5)性格：責(zé)任心強(qiáng)、執(zhí)行力強(qiáng)、合作性高；
Personality: Good responsibility, strong execution, good cooperation
(6)其他：市場(chǎng)思維，溝通能力，英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫能力。
Others: Marketing sense, Communication techniques, Good English communication skill both in written and oral
